The Harbor at Terrain

SUMMER 2025




Completed during my Summer 2025 Graphic Design Internship at Menus & Venues, this final intern project was a collaborative effort between myself, the two marketing interns, and one architecture intern. 

Terrain Events (a branch of M&V) currently owns four luxury event venues across Pennsylvania and a future location set to open in Maryland in 2026. We were tasked with creating the entire brand, marketing, and building layout strategies for a speculative sixth venue to open in one of the historic Navy Yard buildings. The Navy Yard is the home to URBN’s corporate HQ, and overlooks the Delaware river. In choosing the name ‘The Harbor at Terrain’, we highlighted the Navy Yard’s rich history while staying true to the Terrain aesthetic. 

My role in this project was to create a brand guide for The Harbor, design marketing assets such as influencer gifts, posters, an invitation suite for the grand opening, LinkedIn and Instagram posts, emails, and a website hero. Additionally, I designed the entire slide deck for our presentation. A highlight was presenting to the entire M&V team, other URBN employees and the Chief Development Officer at URBN.
